How long do I have to withdraw?

In accordance with the provisions of article L 121-23 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to withdraw.

We must receive the items within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of your order to obtain a refund for your items.

If the return period is exceeded, we will be forced not to accept it. You will receive an email to inform you that the deadline has been exceeded. If you wish to recover your order, you will have to pay the cost of resending the order again.


How to make a return?

You just have to fill in the return form to download at the bottom of the page. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unless, the return shipping costs will be refunded if and only if it is an error on our part on the items ordered (error on model/item/size).

What are the return conditions?

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and carefully packaged.


Any returned product must be in its undamaged and unworn condition, in its original packaging. Any product returned damaged or worn, cannot be refunded, it will be returned to you at your expense.

What are the reimbursement terms? 

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), if your request is approved, then the refund for your items will be processed, and a transfer will be made, within a certain number of days.

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted.
